2. Confirm Details
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your needs and learn more about your pet. We’ll clarify the services you’re looking for, confirm dates, and provide a personalised quote.
If everything sounds good, we’ll arrange a meet-and-greet at a time that works best for you.
3. Meet & Greet
The best part—we get to meet you and your furry companion!
Before the visit, we’ll send over a pet information form so we have all the important details ahead of time. This means we can spend our time together focusing on what really matters: getting to know each other and making sure your pet feels comfortable.
We’ll also chat through any specific needs or routines your pet may have. Meet and greets typically last around an hour.
4. The Service Begins
Once we’ve agreed we’re a good match, we’ll get everything booked and confirmed. Payment is taken in advance to secure your service.
Whether it’s a walk, drop-in, or pet sit, your pet will be cared for with compassion, attention, and according to the preferences you've shared.
After each visit, you’ll receive photos, videos, and a detailed written report so you’re always in the loop. We also like to keep communication easy and open—WhatsApp works great (group chats for couples too!) so you can reach us anytime.
