Dog Walking FAQ's
1. Do you offer group walks or solo walks?
We only offer solo walks — giving your dog our full attention, safety, and care throughout their outing.
2. How long are the walks?
We offer walks ranging from 30 to 60 minutes. Every walk includes sniffing, enrichment games, and time for your dog to explore at their own pace.
3. Do you walk dogs off-lead?
Only with your written permission, and only once we’ve built a trusting relationship with your dog. Safety always comes first.
4. Will the same person walk my dog every time?
Yes — we believe consistency is key. Your dog will be walked by someone they know and trust.
5. What happens in bad weather?
We walk in most conditions (rain, snow, sun), but if it’s unsafe or too extreme, we’ll provide indoor enrichment or a modified visit.
6. Do you pick up and drop off my dog?
Yes! Pick-up and drop-off are included unless agreed otherwise. Travel fees may apply based on your location.

1. What is a drop-in visit?
A short visit to your home to check on your pet, feed them, clean up, play, or just offer companionship.

We offer drop-ins starting from 15 minutes, with longer options available.
4. Will you clean up accidents or messes?
Yes — we’ll clean up any toileting accidents, refresh bedding if needed, and leave your home tidy and secure.
5. Can you administer medication?
Yes — we're experienced with oral medications. Just let us know your pet’s routine.
Pet Sitting FAQs
1. What’s included in overnight pet sitting?
Our sitter stays in your home, offering companionship, feeding, walks, cuddles, and routine care — just like you would.
2. Will my pet be left alone at any point?
Yes, but only for short periods and always based on what your pet is comfortable with. We limit other bookings to prioritize your pet.
3. Do you bring your own bedding or food?
We bring our own personal items, but all pet food, supplies, and instructions must be provided by you.
4. Can you water plants or bring in post?
Absolutely! We’re happy to handle light household duties during overnight stays.
5. Do you offer house sitting without pets?
Our focus is on pet care, but we may consider house sitting for returning clients. Please enquire.
